Compartment Syndrome
Compartment Syndrome is when there is muscle/ligament swells causing high pressure within a confined space squashing/compression of the nerve.
Compartment Syndrome can be caused by an acceleration movement like sprinting or kicking, it is also common with ballet dancers through over-extending and going on their tip toes.
Symptoms of Compartment is a cramp feeling if continuing with activity the pain with gradually rise.
Treatment for Compartment Syndrome includes:

Placing a cold pack on the injury for 20 minutes
